ABOUT ME
Hi everyone!
I'm Amy and when I'm not buried by law textbooks I love to bake anything with dough. I started making sourdough bread in May of 2018, and have expanded my experiences to croissants, cookies, pizza, and other types of bread since then. I started with a fairly basic sourdough recipe and have expanded it to accommodate different sized loaves, different flours, and different ovens. I hope that this website can be a guide for those hoping to make these delicious treats and a record of my baking experiences.
